The Shotgun/Throwdown: Louisville Gameday (1/26/11) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Burning Bird Pale Ale, because that's the desired result of tonight's game.

There's a few thing to cover today. First, the women dropped their second game of the year to the Hoyas last night in a turnover fest for both teams. Next, Huggs leads what's left of the basketball team to Louisville tonight for another Big East tilt. One of the most covered items today is the Holgorsen contract details. There's also the usual smattering of other items of interest, including UConn's version of Ken Kendrick asking for a refund. I am efforting the football recruiting post I mentioned yesterday (it's proved to be more of an undertaking than I expected) and if work allows, it will be posted later today, if not, I promise it for tomorrow.
