The Shotgun/Throwdown: Capital Classic Gameday (1/19/11) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Fail Whale Pale Ale in honor of Marshall's ineptitude.

It's Capital Classic day, which means it's time to break out your best Marshall insults. We're trying to compile them for a post later today, so get creative. The Twitter-bugs among you have started tweeting them in and there's some pretty good ones already. Send out your tweets with the hashtag #youaremarshall. You can also start posting them in the comments below or save them for the post we'll have up later. Inside you'll find previews galore of tonight's action.

If you have any tips, suggestions or requests for content that you think is worth sharing, you can send them to me by email or Twitter and don't forget to "LIKE" the Smoking Musket MAIN PAGE on Facebook (follow this link, then hit "LIKE"). If any of you didn't realize, clicking on "LIKE" on the individual articles just likes that particular article, but doesn't "LIKE" our main page. Many thanks to those who "LIKE" us already. We are now at 609 (positive progress again, that's more like it). Let's see how fast we can get to 700. Please, spread the word!! All the fun is after the jump...
