That was certainly encouraging. I thought it was a pretty good performance (not great) all around for the Mountaineers. The OL certainly looked better, even when shuffled for the injured Jenkins (still haven't heard to what extent the injury). Tavon showed why he was so sought after and Geno showed why the Miramar connection should pay dividends for seasons to come. The DL looked like it was playing on fire and we finally got to hear choruses of "BRUUUUUCE" rain down from the stands. I also thought the crowd was really good, especially early. That may have been the best noon crowd I've experienced. Still, there were a couple of hiccups that need a good bit of work and Death Valley is no place to have hiccups.
