The Shotgun/Throwdown: Thursday (8/19/10) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Kronenbourg 1664, as requested by a loyal reader.

I haven't had a chance to listen/watch yet, but it sounds like Stew got a bit testy when explaining the situation of freshman Jeremy Johnson yesterday. I like it. Don't think the players don't take note of this kind of thing either. I've got a picture of freshman OL Quinton Spain that you have to see, along with the usual full coverage that you've grown used to. If you have any tips, suggestions or requests, you can send them to me by email or Twitter. Time to jump...

That's right, don't let 'em assume anything and keep 'em competing with each other. Personally, I thought that was 1/2 the problem last one on the bench to push these guys for PT.
