The Shotgun/Throwdown: Friday (7/30/10) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Cordilleras Blanca, in honor of today's representatives (yes, plural) as Miss Throwdown.

Lots of recruiting news today, a few updates on Huggs, an "Around the League (and Beyond)" section that reads like a police blotter and much more inside. Great videos of (Dis)Interest inside as well. If you have any tips, suggestions or requests, you can send them to me by email or Tweet me. I go back to daily (sans weekends) starting next Friday, August 6. Have a great weekend and see you after the jump...
