The Shotgun/Throwdown: 200th (5/17/10) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Point Bicentennial Beer, in honor of today's edition.

It doesn't seem like it, but yes, this is the 200th edition (under my watch) of The Shotgun/Throwdown. This special edition will be a kind of "Greatest Hits" below the news links. This edition also marks the beginning of the summer schedule for The S/T, meaning editions will be weekly (or bi-weekly if there's enough news to cover). If you have any tips, suggestions or requests, you can send them to me by email or Tweet me. See you after the jump...

Video of Interest:

I think these next three encompass the "Best of" the last year in WVU Sports pretty well.

Miss Throwdown:

Today's Miss Throwdown is actually a conglomerate. It's the Victoria's Secret Bombshell Girls: Candice Swanepoel, Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes, and Rosie Huntington Whiteley (each one has served as Miss Throwdown this past year). I think they qualify for "Best Of" honors.
