The Shotgun/Throwdown: Friday (4/23/10) Edition

If you buy something from an SB Nation link, Vox Media may earn a commission. See our ethics statement.

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Castle Milk Stout, in honor of today's Miss Throwdown.

The word of the day is still "Expansion". Only this time its NCAA BB Tourney expansion. The NCAA wised up and kept the nightmare scenario at bay (for a few years at least) and the magic number is now 68. Football practice is already complete for the day and the report is inside (If I get a video, I'll update that as well). Email your tips, suggestions and requests or Tweet me. Have a great weekend everybody! Time to jump...
