On one hand, it makes sense for the "greatest winner in college football today" to be drafted by the winningest professional sports franchise in United States history. On the other hand, WTF?!? You would think that after watching the Angels (twice) and Reds waste picks on him only to be spurned for football, the Yankees would have learned their lesson. Then again, it's the Yankees, and they never learn their lesson.
On a side note, congrats to Tobias Streich and Vince Belnome, who were drafted by the Twins and Padres, respectively.
