The commissioners (and ND AD Swarbrick) have reached a consensus and will present a 4 team plan to the BCS presidential oversight committee. The recommendation will be a seeded tournament with teams selected by a committee. As expected, final details have yet to be determined as far as incorporating the bowls or not.
