Thoughts about Casteel?
is anyone else as concerned as I am about losing Jeff Casteel to Arizona? He won't answer one way or another. He's from here and tied here, has kids here, so I'm really hoping he stays. He's a fantastic coach and the state as a whole really loves him. But no one really knows how he and Holgorsen get on, and the uncertainty with the amount of time that Holgorsen might actually be here probably doesn't help things. I would think that an offer from Arizona has to be tempting, at the very least... If he does decide to leave, anyone have any thoughts about how hard of a time WVU would have finding someone new? Moving to the Big XII, the defense conference, couldn't hurt, right?
What's your thoughts on entering the Big12?
Rumors have floated around that West Virginia, Louisville, TCU, Cinci, and BYU are set to join the Big12 this Saturday. What's your thoughts on this? Would you like coming to the Big 12?
To anyone watching the Temple-Maryland game...
As much as I don't want Maryland to lose this game, because it makes us look better if they win, but I've been spending some time on Testudo's Times Maryland Blog during this conference realignment drama, and the hate a lot of them have for WVU over there is really making me glad they're getting prison raped by Temple. Even if Temple is an up and coming team, they're still Temple and this is still satisfying.

I'm afraid I won't be able to join you lads for the game thread. I'm attending the game today since it's so close to where I'm stationed. So before I head out to tailgate, I just wanna say LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS! HOOAH!
Anyone who is watching the Miami@Maryland game...
...does anyone else think their new helmets are absolutely hideous? Holy cow. The jerseys are okay, I'll give them that, but the helmets make my eyes sad.
If Temple blows out Villanova 42-7...
do we really want them playing Football in the Big East? I know Temple has gotten significantly better, and I didn't expect Villanova to WIN, but wow... blown out of the water.
