A Twist on Tailgating


My friend Chopper has a family business in the Atlanta area called One Screw Loose that makes craft jellies and rubs. "How does jelly apply to tailgating" you ask? Well, most of the jellies are made with craft beers, bourbons, wine and hot peppers and can make awesome wings, dips, and marinades. It would certainly set a tailgate apart to include some of their flavors (Brewha Habenero for instance) rather than the traditional beer and brats. In addition to making kickass jelly, they are in the midst of a kickstarter campaign to try and raise money for an automatic canner. Please check it out, and if you feel inclined, contribute to this small business. If you can't contribute, please spread the word and maybe try out a jar of a flavor of your choice.
