The football assistant coaching turnover at WVU continues tonight as running backs coach Robert Gillespie is heading to Tennessee for the same position on Coach Butch Jones' staff.

This makes the fifth coach to either be let go or leaving for another school since last year's final regular season game. Daron Roberts and Steve Dunlap were let go by Coach Holgorsen. Then Jake Spavital left to coach Johnny Football. Offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh recently defected to the Sooners and now Coach Holgorsen finds himself looking for a coach to handle his running game.

I can't tell if this is all big coincidences or a disturbing trend. Regardless, Coach Holgorsen must move quickly with spring practices beginning in just over a week.
