National Signing Day: RB Roshard Burney Officially A West Virginia Mountaineer

Roshard Burney, a 5'10" 210 lb running back from Palm Beach, FL, will do his collegiate football playing with the West Virginia Mountaineers after he sent in his National Letter of Intent this morning. He earned first team all-state honors in his senior season while leading Palm Beach Gardens to the state 8A regional finals, where they lost to Miramar. He finished his HS career with over 2000 yards in his last season to go along with 19 touchdowns. Rivals and Scout both rate him as a 3 star prospect. He chose WVU over offers from Cincinnati, Illinois, Purdue, Rutgers and South Florida among others.
