With a long afternoon of waiting (and likely drinking) ahead of us before today's main event, here's a television guide and open thread to help pass the time.
I hope your DVR is working, because Saturday is overloaded with games you'll want to see. Four of the five SEC teams ranked in the Top 10 square off this week, as Will Muschamp and the Gators look for a breakthrough win over an LSU team that hasn't looked sharp in the early going (3:30 pm ET on CBS), while Georgia and South Carolina square off in Columbia (7:00 pm ET on ESPN) in a game that both programs desperately want to win (and are dreading losing).
The Big 12 features two big match ups this afternoon as well, with OU trying to end a four-game losing streak against Texas Tech in Lubbock (3:30 pm ET on ABC/ESPN2) and West Virginia making its Big 12 road debut this evening against Texas (7:00 pm ET on Fox).
Find all the nationally covered week six action in the TV schedule below, and we'll use this thread for our college football open thread. CLICK HERE for the COMPLETE TV schedule for college football today which lists all of games, including regional only coverage. The regular WVU vs Texas game thread will go up separately at 6:00 pm ET.
