It's been rumored before, but we've never seen anything actually produced. Another possible uniform combo coming down the pipeline? Or is this just a mock up for evaluation? Time will tell.

Its not any worse than our usual all gold uniforms
I wish we could wear our Pro combat uniforms every game because I loved those, but this isn’t too bad of a switch. It would be different and with our reemergence into national prominence this could be a good change. This would definitely give us another combination to add to the brand. We now have a ton of different uniform combinations if this were real, which is awesome.
The Pro-Combat Uni's
were scheduled for the one game only (and subsequently allowed in the bowl game as well). That version will not be worn again (most were sold at the “yard sale” anyway). It’s always possible that Nike chooses us for another iteration sometime in the future, though.
When Nike does the Pro-Combats for the colleges, those combinations aren’t added to the team’s “inventory” of uniform combos. They are set up to be just one game showcase uniforms (with bowl games as exceptions).
However

I’ve seen a lot of people on Facebook cry that grey isn’t our school colors. Who gives a shit. We wear white. It’s almost like a major league grey uni. I’m so sick of people giving Holgorsen shit about wearing his black polo or pullover. No one jumps on Huggs ass when he wears one. I will admit that I hated Oklahoma States grey uniform this past season but I can imagine this looking pretty good with the blue pants or matching grey pants.

This jersey and helmet are awesome. It would look great with blue pants. Got to rock alternative colors…recruits love that stuff. Look at what Oregon is doing.

They’d look sweet with blue pants or an all grey combo.
I could definitely see blue helmet, grey jersey, blue pants.
I wouldn’t mind a variation on the helmet IF they make it as awesome as the current one.

Shoulda burned that friggin gold/gold combo after 9-13. Whether Nike or UA makes our uniforms, the gray would look sharp, especially with the blue pants. How about a matte/flat finish to the gray helmet?
