Seriously, I hate Hate HATE losing to that team. Did I mention that I hate losing to that team? No? Well, I hate losing to that team. The full fallout coverage of the loss in the Brawl is inside. G Darryl "Truck" Bryant said he plans to call a players-only meeting to try to pull the Mountaineers together. "We need to win games, and we’ve got to win them fast," Bryant said. "It’s about the freshmen listening to the leaders of the team, us letting them know the position we’re in right now."
Pretty sure Truck has no room to f’n talk after he’s been out-played for two months by a pair of freshmen. He’s seriously one of the worst seniors I’ve ever seen play in terms that he is no better today than he was when he first stepped on the floor 4 years ago. Stupid turnovers, bad shots, rushed shots, out of control, can’t defend…
I agree. Listen to Huggs
and the lousy play is not just “freshmen”. I said this last night that we have one All-American and not much else. We have to have some improvement from everybody not named KJ or this season will continue to sink.

there's brightspots on this team...
Hinds and Browne and Rutledge (WHY ISN’T HE PLAYING MORE!)… there’s promise there. But for a guy that thinks because he’s a senior he can call out the younger guys on the team, when he himself has accomplished $%^& without DeSean Butler and Devin Ebanks and Wellington Smith carrying his ass, is beyond stupid!

dude was a beast in the Baylor game...
Huggs benched him for one bad shot, just haven’t seen much of him since, but the kid’s got 10x the athleticism as Deniz and Noreen (though he’s not an issue anymore).

has been so disappointing early in his career, outside of the injuries. I really thought he would display more athleticism.

Truck Bryant always looks slower to react to the ball than others around him. The last 3 games our entire team has looked slower to react to loose balls (“50/50” balls….that what she said uhhuhuhuhuhuhuh). You’ve got to wonder if it’s fatigue?
