Treat LSU fans well
Everyone should bear in mind that LSU fans were very good to the WVU fans down there last year. We should show them the same hospitality and try to leave them with the notion that fans from any team not named Pitt or VT are welcome and embraced in Morgantown. Perhaps someone can scrounge up some squirrel and ramp biscuits and gravy to break them in to local cuisine properly. And please don't throw anything at Corso, no matter how much he may seem to deserve it.

Amen Brother!
This weekend is almost like a giant job interview for the school, team, fan base, Morgantown community, and the state as a whole. The SEC comish is going to be in town, and we need to put our best foot forward if we want any hope of getting in to their conference. I know we can pull it off. Let’s show everyone from the visiting LSU fans, Mr. Slive, and all the way down to the fans around the country watching Gameday that Morgantown is a great community and that WVU fans are as pasionate and as friendly as any where else in the country. Pack the Gameday set, pack the Blue Lot, pack the stadium, scream till your voice is gone, and prove that it really is a great day to be a Mountaineer where ever you may be!
Let’s GEAUXXXXXXX Mountaineers!
p.s. I can’t believe I am about to say this, (Nehlan forgive me) NO COUCH FIRES!
I was going to misbehave at the game, but because you posted this, my actions will be different.

Benny, Benny Benny, whatchutalkin'bout?
One car of people got beat up by parties unknow. That’s what, maybe 10 jackasses max out of 60,000 in attendance (0.0166%). You going to color the other 99.984% that behaved themselves with the same brush as those morons? I’ve read numerous and glowing praises of our hospitality from LSU fans who were there.
Don’t get me wrong. What those people did is vile, despicable and inexcusable, and I hope they get caught and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
Dana Perrino interviewed a Navy SEAL. After discussing all the countries he had been sent to, she asked if they had to learn several languages.
His reply: "Oh, no, ma'am. We don't go there to talk."

LSU fan
I made the treck to Morgantown from South central PA with 2 of my college buddies who came in from New Orleans. Needless to say this is the closest LSU has played since I moved to this area 8 years ago. Overall we had a great time, other than the students and their F You LSU taunts (but kids are kids). My buddy said he wouldn’t bring his family to a game but I countered with I wouldn’t bring my family to a game anyway, even in Baton Rouge. People were friendly to the point of overdoing it but I understand that most were trying to make us feel welcome. I have no problem with taunting as I’ve Tiger-baited plenty of people over the years. Prior to entering the stadium, we hung out on the fringe of the Blue lot and had fun interactions with plenty of people. Me and my buddy sat in Section 130 and everyone around us were great, except for the one old fool who was ejected at halftime. Believe me, I made my allegiance known throughout the game too.
My final impressions were great fans, great energy, and definitely a school that would fit in the SEC (although I’m biased because I want my team in this area more often). The fans were loud and didn’t give up on team until we were up by 3 TDs late. I can’t compare the experience to being in Tiger Stadium but hey, that’s heaven to me. And Beth, Brittany, and the ladies who sat in front of us were great examples of classy West Virginia women. Geaux Tigers!
