OL Josh Jenkins Out For Year
After rehabbing his knee that was injured in the spring game and undergoing surgery on July 5, it has been determined that the offensive guard will sit out the 2011 season on a medical hardship red-shirt.

If Geno Smith
survives the season w/o missing 1-2 games, at a minimum, the new OL coach will be good as gone.
Just curious....
Why would they fire the new OL coach after just a year, when he was saddled with an injured “star” and poorly trained people left over from his predecessor?

My reading is that BB would leave for a newer, better job.
Although I doubt that would be true after just one season.

Maybe, I'm drinking the KoolAid too much, but....
I’m thinking the guys Holgorsen brought in would stick around until he completed his self-stated goal of winning a championship here. Then I figured they’d all bolt en masse.
