Terrell Chestnut, a 4 star defensive back out of Pottstown, PA, has officially pledged to the Mountaineers.
The highest profile recruit to become a Mountaineer so far today, Chestnut was ranked the 20th best defensive back in the country and the 9th best player in the state of Pennsylvania (both according to Rivals). As a big cornerback at 6'0", Chestnut should be an imposing force in the defensive backfield for years to come.
In choose WVU, Chestnut turned down offers to schools like Michigan, Penn State, Pitt, Miami, South Carolina, Michigan State, and Wisconsin.
