Isaiah Bruce is a 6'2", 215 pound linebacker that has football smarts and speed and agility to spare, as can be see by his 2010 state championship in the 300-meter hurdles.  He recorded 101 tackles, 5 tackles for loss and 6 sacks during his senior season.  He also contributed in special teams where he blocked three kicks.

He was named to the 2010 Jacksonville Times-Union Super 24 and was three time first team all-city.  In a somewhat awkward situation Bruce was recruited by fired WVU coach Dave Johnson. Despite that fact, he picked WVU over Purdue, Vanderbilt and Illinois.
