I'm just giving my two cents on West Virginia basketball, but think of how scary our team could have been this year if our recruits had panned out. This year we have been short on scholarship players at times and have had limited scorers and big men. I know it is useless to look back at what could have been, but with Nyarsuk and Cottrill on this team, we could have been special. A true scoring point guard and a 7 footer would have helped us so much and it hurts to know that we had a great recruiting class that fell apart. I feel bad for our coaches for the effort they put in for this class and it fell apart. I congratulate them, however, for the remarkable coaching job they have done with our limited team this year and they won a few games that I felt were extremely difficult and did not expect a win. Anyways, I'm looking forward to this upcoming class with optimism and hope that Huggins finally has some better luck with recruits, because this is looking to be a very good class.
