Five teams you would like to see WVU play(football)
After looking over the schedule for this season, there are some teams that I wish we would play. Instead of Marshall or UNLV what five schools would you rather have us play.
Here is my top five of schools that I wish we would play
1. Virginia Tech - obvious reasons.
2. Penn St. - Lets bring back a rivalry from when we were an Independent, also I've heard this was bitter rivalry as well so even more reason to bring it back.
3. the Ohio State University - This could be a great border war, also I live close to Columbus and I would travel to it.
4. Oklahoma - Just so we can beat the again(see 1982 season opener, and 2008 Fiesta Bowl)
5. Army - For no other reason than I think it would be cool
So there is my top five, what are your top five

For the poll
I voted VA Tech. I want the Black Diamond Trophy back in Morgantown. Other schools on my list would be:
Penn State and Ohio State for the same reasons WVPiratesfan mentioned.
Kentucky and Tennessee because we’re all neighbors.

yeah I completely forgot about Michigan
that would be a fun game though

The problem with Michigan
RichRod wont be there after this season so it wouldnt have the same meaning.
1.) OSU
2.) Notre Dame
3.) Miami
4.) USC
5.) Texas
KEN
Playing Miami again would be fun
maybe we could have a replay of “The Run”, except this time we win the game, and going to SC would be be fun. Kicking the shit out of ND whould be awsome as well

I Took Virginia Tech
with Penn State a very close second. Both old rivals and both teams I wish we still had on our schedule.
I have always wished that we had a couple more regional battles. I think we should play Kentucky every year, a natural rivalry with a built in name: “The Feud.” I would also love home-and-homes with Tennessee. On the national level, I would love to play Oregon, since I think in terms of reputation and success, they are like WVU Northwest
Now is the time boys to make a big noise.
No matter what the people say,
For there is naught to fear, the gang's all here,
So hail West Virginia, hail.
Oregon would be fun
they run the same type of offense that we do so it could be a high scoring affair. Also it seems that get the same amount of respect that we do

I would LOVE to play UofO
I think it would be a fun game and one I have a chance of attending without incurring substantial travel expenses.
