The Butler Did It, But Is The Strangling Necessary?

WOOOOOOOOOOOoooooOOOoooooooooooooOOOOOOOidiufkjfjkdfkjdfbkjfjdfbOOOOOOOOO!

Note: I don't have the energy or sobriety to write anything tonight.  Just enjoy it, drink lots of water, and we'll do the whole thing again tomorrow.

I really wish...

I had thought of that joke myself. Now the night’s not perfect…damn!

Oh, you flatter me

and if we beat ND, I think the euphoria will return

only reason you guys won last night is because Mick Cronin put a god-awful ball-handler in at the end. This is not coming from a UC fan- though i do live in Cincy. Y’all got really lucky last night- ball goes to Vaughn or Stephenson the best you could’ve had was overtime. That being said great shot by Butler and hope you guys beat UND

WEAK

Dude – that is the weakest argument for why a team lost a game EVER. The end result of a game is the sum of the parts. We did enough throughout the game to win, despite Cincy doing a great job of hanging around. It looked to me that the guy who took the inbounds was the only guy open. And how about WVU’s defense allowing Cincy only 51 points? Does that not count for anything?

If you aren’t a UC fan, then why are you wasting your time posting stupid stuff like this on a WVU message board? Get a life.

WVU scored 54 its not like the Mountaineers were lighting it up either. But there is no way WVU should’ve had the basketball in the front court like that. I’m happy WVU won the game. I’m a Xavier fan. I hate UC- but I thought UC outplayed WVU last night for most of the game except a small stretch at the start.

“He called it,” said Stephenson, a New York City native. “He said ‘bank.’ I said ‘What?’ I turned ’round and I saw it go in. Oh man.”

Did Kevin Jones spit out his dentures?

It looks like he doesn’t have any upper teeth. All gums

Leave no doubt tonight! Leave no doubt tonight! No doubt! They shouldn't of played the Old Gold'n Blue.

A 3-point bank shot to beat Cincy…where have I seen this before?

And Cincy fan – Mick Cronin is almost as bad a coach as he is a human being.

No he’s a worse human being than he is a coach- which takes some effort on his part. I’m happy he lost because he’s an awful person and Huggins is a great human being

I thought the same thing...

last night…when we beat Cincy (1998?) in the NCAA tourney with a last second bank shot. Ironic.

With Apologies To Randy Edsall, The Big East Remains Mostly Harmless

FILE -- This is an Oct. 18, 2008 file photo showing Connecticut corner back Jasper Howard (6) trying to get the crowd into the game during the fourth quarter of an NCAA college football game against Rutgers, in Piscataway, N.J. Jasper Howard had his little sisters' names tatooed on his chest. His friends say it was a constant reminder of why he was at U Conn _ to provide his family with a better life than the one he had in Miami's Little Haiti. (AP Photo/Mel Evans, File) link
