Devan Bawinkel

Normally, WVUIE97 catches everything, but today he overlooked something from yesterday- the closing of former Mountaineer Devan Bawinkel’s career.

I’m not sure how he forget to mentions this, because Bawinkel is the owner of two career records that never will be broken. First, while I don’t have any stats to back this up, I can say he is the worst basketball player to ever secure scholarships to two different BCS basketball schools. Second, this year he attempted 84 shots, all of which were three point tries. Talk about a one dimensional player. A very crummy one at that.

What’s that? I can’t say anything bad about a player, since it could negatively affect a future recruit. OK, then.

Thanks Devan for those three awesome minutes you logged during that magical NIT Championship run.

You can be negative in that way.

Just don’t call him a pussy that

Leave no doubt tonight! Leave no doubt tonight! No doubt! They shouldn't of played the Old Gold'n Blue.

No need

You don’t need to apologize to me. But instead to Devan and the Bawinkel family.

I’m just doing my part to keep the flame alive for one last day, because his inspired shittyness did so much to warm my basketball heart.

You're right, of course

I fully extend my complete and most sincere apologies to Devan and the entire Bawinkel family. And by apologies, I, of course, mean my middle finger. KIDDING!!! I’m a kidder.
