The Shotgun/Throwdown: T.G.I. Friday (2/26/10) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions; Now nationally recognized!  We're being brought to you today by Kilsen, in honor of today's Miss Throwdown.  I'm gonna run out of Brazilian beers soon at this rate.

Huggs gets another shot at his former team tomorrow.  But much more at stake than simply him beating his former school for the first time.  The men are precariously close to losing the much coveted double bye for the BE tourney.  The good news is, if we win the remaining two home games, it doesn't matter what happens at 'Nova next Saturday.  It sure would be nice to sweep our way into tournament action though.  Our Mountaineer women are also in action tomorrow, taking on Marquette.  Get out and show your support for both the men's and women's teams if you can.  There's also a full BE slate on tap for the weekend, including a little game up in NY that everyone seems to be talking about.  Keep the tips, suggestions and requests coming and have a great weekend!!  It all starts here...
