The Shotgun/Throwdown: Tuesday (11/16/10) Edition

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's nationally recognized best place for sports links, information, sophomoric humor and daily distractions. We're being brought to you today by Dogs Bollocks Beer, because it was the first image that came up when I Googled "weird beer."

There is lots going on in the WVU sports world this week. The Men's Basketball team heads off for Puerto Rico today in advance of their tournament there. The Women's BB is set to take on Duquesne tomorrow. Football is prepping for Lou-uh-vull. Women's Soccer is getting ready for their Sweet 16 matchup and Men's Soccer got a bid to their NCAA tournament last night and get to host a match on Thursday. There's a lot to cover...and it's all inside.

If you have any tips, suggestions or requests for content that you think is worth sharing, you can send them to me by email or Twitter and don't forget to "LIKE" the Smoking Musket MAIN PAGE on Facebook (follow this link, then hit "LIKE"). If any of you don't realize, clicking on "Like" on the individual articles just likes that article, but not our main page. Many thanks to those who have "Liked" us already. We're up to 324 right now (a far cry from the 19000+ for our old page). We still have our goal to get to 400 by Noon on Saturday. C'mon people, spread the word!! See you after the jump...
