As a fan it is really easy to sit back and declare emphatically that "Stewart needs to go," or "Mullen is a bum, or "why doesn't Stewart pull his pants down below his nipples."  But if you were to step into Luck's shoes, what would you do?  Without the deflect all of 'any coach could do what Stewart does' how would you handle the current coaching situation?  If you say fire Stewart, who (realistically) would you hire? 

Mike Locksley would've been my pick to replace RR.  He was OC of Illinois coming off the Rose Bowl appearance.  He ran the same offense as us.  He had a smoking hot wife +4 points above him (9 married to a 5), which means he can recruit and sell marginal offerings to highly talented individuals. He was offered the New Mexico coaching job in 2009 and has gone 1-17 since taking over.

So, I suck at picking coaches, what would you do as AD with a roughly 1.6-1.8M budget for a coaches salary?
