WVU vs. USF: MAPOG

via z.about.com

Did someone complain earlier in the year about a lack of solid play from our point guards? No, of course not, I would never have done something like that. That is crazy talk.

Ok, I admit it, I was critical of Truck and Joe's production, or lack thereof, early in the season. Recently, they have turned the corner and played solid on both the offensive and defensive ends of the floor. Against USF, Joe Mazzulla and Truck Bryant were the Most Awesome Players of the Game!

Last night, Truck kept us in the game offensively in the first half, while Joe turned up the team's intensity on the defensive end. The two combined for 19 points, 7 assists, 4 rebounds, 1 steal and forced countless turnover.

If we hope to beat Syracuse on Saturday, we will need another solid performance from these two young men.
