TSM Coaching Approval O'Meter (Post-Liberty, 2009)
Guys and gals, it's our favorite time of the week (sarcasm intended): the Coaching Approval O'Meter!
This poll, as always, will ask one single question: "do you approve of the job currently being done by Coach Bill Stewart and staff?" This is the first in-season poll (here you can find the June, July, and August editions). We're 1-0 on the season and getting no closer to total enlightment, but we'll keep trying anyways.
So, without further ado, here we go:

If I can make a quick request...
Let’s try and keep the comments civil. That’s all I ask.

Yes and No
I mean…I approve of winning, obviously, and I approve of the play of Jarrett Brown, I thought the O-Line played decent…
I still believe that the defense will still be the strong point of this team, it just seems that Casteel never has them ready on Opening Day so I guess I disapprove of that to an extent.
I obviously disapprove of the abomination known as the kickoff team.
Overall, I vote yes….a win is a win is a win.
I live my life according to the teachings of Hawks’ Coach Jack Reiley. “It’s not worth winning if you can’t win big.” Or do you cake eaters not understand that.
When I watch The Karate Kid I root for the karate kid, Johnny Lawrence from the Cobra Kai dojo. I root for Hans Gruber in Die Hard, and the Terminator in Terminator
A yes until....
We lose to a directional school (we have one of those coming up), to a basketball school (UCONN), to a team turning the corner, or to PITT.
+He wore sunglasses to help the squint factor.
+Appears to have mastered the headset
-Still needs to pull his pants down below his nipples.
+We seam more poised on the field with fewer stupid penalties
-We seam more poised on the filed with fewer big hits and plays to ignite the crowd.
+Brown is a stud and seams poised
-Defense will be fine, but secondary scares me a little bit, we can get beat by a star receiver (as always) and this year appears no different, Gilyard will have a huge day against us.
S-e-e-m
Defense had way too much open in crossing route, and we shouldn’t make a star out of that Brown from Liberty until we can stop everyone else.
I voted no, strangely Columbus-like of me.
