They (southerners) are a lower form of Hillbilly
Redneck, ie. a guy that sits around in his garage with a Rebel flag on the wall, drinking Schlitz and lighting his farts.

Hillbilly

Hillbilly is a term referring to people who dwell in rural, mountainous areas of the United States, primarily Appalachia and the Ozarks. They will lose to Auburn on 9/19/09. Due to its strongly stereotypical connotations, the term is frequently considered derogatory, and so is usually offensive to those Americans of Ozarkan and Appalachian heritage. They sleep with sheep and their sisters in the rural mountains. However, the term is also used in celebration of their culture by mountain people themselves. They call themselves “The Mountaineers”. Their football team will lose to Auburn on 9/19/09. Such co-opting and neutralizing use is almost exclusively reserved for Appalachian people themselves. They are scared of “The Loveliest Village on the Plains” because they will be looking to run for the hills after their ass-beating on 9/19/09 in Jordan-Hare Stadium.. Such people consider the term Hillbilly to be a descriptive term lumping all such inhabitants together in a single ethnic group similar to the term Cajun as a description of a uniquely American ethnic group. They will lose to Auburn in 2009 and take it out on their sisters/wives when the “Country Roads take them home”..

Auburn Fan:
Plains dwelling faggot. See you tomorrow. We’re taking scalps home to Morgantown Saturday night.
Nice “Good Will Hunting” reference. Why doesn’t that surprise me? Just come out on VHS in Alabammer?
They are taking back
the 3 decent women you have, your hearts, and your salty tears, cause they are beating you out behind your own shed after the first 5 minutes of the game.

Country Roads

War Eagle!
So, you lost it has to hurt. As much as I was angry looking at this site last week, I am not going to stoop to your lows. My wife had the unfortunate experience as a member of the band heading up to your stadium last year. I say unfortunate not because of the outcome, but because of the classless acts that occurred. Every story I heard from those who gave driving up to WVU last year a chance, were disappointed in the fans and the overall experience.
This site does nothing but perpetuate the classless theme you guys are obviously going for. I have to say that I would be happy to make WVU a honorary member of the SEC after the performance last night and past SEC games. But, as fans you guys do not get it. The SEC is about respect for rivalries and other teams, yes we trash talk, but it is not in this disrespectful nature. That being said good luck with your football team, they deserve some more wins, but you do not.
WAR EAGLE
We're not the ones trolling your sites/boards
and posting pictures of hillbillies and making 50+ year old stereotype jokes about your state. Most, if not all, of the disrespectful stuff was started by the AU trolls, who I admit, probably make up a small portion of AU’s fanbase. Most of the stuff we put on here is just good natured fun. How is posting pics of your stadium, saying we’re gonna tear it down or highlights from our game with AU last year disrespectful? I invite you to actually meet us personally before you make judgments. We, like many other schools have our share of asshole fans. I’ve seen a few of AU’s on here this past week.
I've always liked AU and respected them
but this “holier than thou” BS some of you trolls have posted on here this week is just rich.
First off, I trust what my wife and her friends (who are in the Auburn University flagline) say about their experience last year, as they were grabbed various times and verbally abused. The band travels to every game and your game was their worst experience (it beat LSU, that is pretty bad) I am also sure if I were to meet some of you guys, I would not have a problem with you and as I say that, there are those in the Auburn Family that I would love to kick out.
I am not just referring to this specific posting when I talk about disrespect. I am talking about your entire Auburn Week postings. I realize much of the stuff that gets put on here has nothing to do with the managers of the site. But at the same time whatever gets put on a site like this you are responsible for; because you have the power to take it off or at least someone does.
One example is a comment about shooting the eagle made by one of writers, it is disrespectful not just because it has been done before, which was tragic, but because it is a federal offence. On the other hand, I thought your team acted very respectful on the field, especially after an Auburn injury right before half-time as they stayed on the field until our player got up.
Of course it is your choice to run this site like you wish. Overall, the site is not that bad, but if your goal is ticking off opposing fans, you are doing a good job. I cannot control what my fellow Auburners do, but I try to treat fans from the opposing team, with respect as I hope they will visit again and have a fun trip, win or lose.
I realize I am a troll, but I do pay for the internet, thus comes your freedom in writing what you want and my freedom in posting where I want. But, I will leave you alone after this one. Like I said before, WVU is probably one of the better teams Auburn will play this year and that is saying a lot. I believe both teams will be ranked pretty high before the season is over. I understand that playing this type of outside-of-conference SEC games is a big deal and that you might feel that you have something to prove. Your team does a good job of proving it for you. So there is no reason in going overboard in all of the smack.
War Eagle
as far as shooting the eagle
someone makes that joke about every mascot. I mean come on, our mascot carries a gun.
