The Shotgun/Throwdown: Tuesday (12/1/09) Edition

Hudepohlsignbothplants_medium

Welcome, By-Godders, to the Shotgun/Throwdown, WVU's best place for sports links, information and entertainment. Today we're being brought to you by Hudepohl, as suggested by Mike.

Basketball gets another extended break after 3 games in 4 days before taking on Charleston in an exhibition Saturday.  That means we are almost solely in Rutgers prep mode.  Whenever I've driven to Jersey, you can get in for free, but you have to pay to leave.  What does that tell you?  The tips, suggestions and requests have been great so far, but we need more.  It all starts here...

thanks for softening up Pitt

and for the hudy pop memories….haven’t seen it since my days of underage drinking when every kid’s old man in Cincy had a case in the garage…and we drank that shit until their old man realized he needed to buy another case…no adult would ever drink it….now Little Kings from Schoenling was a different story, everyone wanted a taste of the lil king.

with ya….Genesee Cream Ale….same thing.

Now is the time boys to make a big noise.
No matter what the people say,
For there is naught to fear, the gang's all here,
So hail West Virginia, hail.
