No Surprise...

…but I love the guy. I think he is a good coach. And he has class. And, I would argue, that teams generally take on the personality of their coaching staff, which indicates we have some character guys running the program.

a bit too touchy feeley

after the UConn game, but he led a great recognition of a tragedy that indeed showed how great WVU and it’s fans can be.

Unbeknownst to Edsall...

… HCBS is covertly performing the “direct frontal mind suck” and extracting all the plays that Edsall has yet to design for next year’s team.

Hysterical Pepperoni Roll!

I am personally torn with HCBS. Yes, he has class, loves his state, loves WVU, and loves his players. You really can’t hate a guy like that.

However, I still am not seeing the same attitude from our football team that I used to. Its that swagger that Cincy currently has….they are playing above their talent level but they are confident they can beat anyone. Part of that is coaching philosphy. Brian Kelly and Randy Edsall have coached their teams up – they play with great fundamentals and look organized. We have crazy talent but always look sloppy. That is coaching.

It also continues to annoy me that we seem to play to our level of competition. But WVU has always done this.
