First off, I love HCBS and I'm glad he's our coach. But...when I saw this image...
...all I could picture was this:

Take away the hair and the headset and you get Walter from Jeff Dunham's act. Some of you have mentioned that you like the more grumpy version HCBS has been displaying lately and they don't get much grumpier than Walter.
