Holy Fucking Shit That Felt Good
One game, makes you sit up and take notice. Two games, gives you a big'ol chubber. The third game, we perform as we did last night and we are back.
While last night's performance was huge for this team, we need to temper our excitement and remember it was only one game. We looked pretty damn solid but we are still learning and that should scare the shit out of teams in the Big East. The bandwagon is a little more crowded this afternoon so welcome back my friends.

Agreed. Slow and steady wins the race.
Plenty of room on the bandwagon.

like a breath of fresh air!
You’ve got to feel good for Noel as well, him getting out and showing folks what he’s capable of!

That felt like this season was supposed to, that felt like watching post-’00 West Virginia team.
Let’s get a couple more before I jump back in though. Many of the same issues we’ve bitched about all year resonated violently in the first half.

I’m so sick and freakin tired of hearing people talk about how we need to “temper our excitement”. What the hell does that even mean? Is anyone actuallly doing this? Did anyone actually watch that game last night and tell themselves to calm down at any point during or after the game even into today. I sure as hell didn’t. Is that even possible? I mean to sit and watch this team wallow around in mediocricy for half a season and then all of a sudden the dam breaks loose in one night and we’re supposed to temper our excitement?? Go ahead……proceed with the tempering. I’d rather buy in and beleive that this is the beginning of another Big East Champ. run and another New Year’s Day bowl appearance.
Temper your excitement. What a load of horseshit!!
