The Bomb Must've Been A Dud: Today was supposed to be Chuck Finder's big finish vis-a-vis the Rodriguez . Unfortunately, it was more like 5th Year Senior's finish: much too soon and ultimately disappointing.

Even in my ignorance, I know that a term introduced orally, contemporaneous with a written agreement is barred due to parol evidence. And if RR argues that it was a supplemental K term, after the written K, then there must be evidence of consideration and other things that make up a K…..which aren’t evident here.

He’s seriously introducing a letter from 1-10-08, that HE wrote, claiming Garrison made that promise???!!!! This just proves Finder is a puppet, if he even wasted ink on this story.
